Excellent Stay in San Lorenzo

I found the self check in and check out very convenient. The apartment had almost everything I needed for my short stay. The host contact point was reachable and also responsive via chat. A washer and dryer machine existed, alongside a drying stand, and I found this combination convenient.

The hotel exterior is affected by graffiti. It is unfortunate the management has not addressed this issue. I found the defaced exterior contrasted with other short-term rentals nearby.

Good restaurants and supermarkets existed nearby. Easy public transportation was available right in front of the apartment. Spacious rooms are a feature of this place. The neighborhood is nice.

I found communication with the staff excellent. They were easy to reach via whatsapp. they even accommodated my request for extra fluffy pillows. the air conditioning worked perfectly (a true blessing). i cooked a simple meal using the available kitchen equipment, which really added to the experience.

the sound insulation wasn't great. noise from other residents was sometimes disturbing early in the mornings.

the staff promptly addressed my inquiries and resolved minor issues through whatsapp. they were always available (even late at night) and genuinely cared about my comfort. i found this level of attention really good.

while there isn't a restaurant in the building, the fully equipped kitchen allowed for simple meal preparation. several grocery stores are nearby. i made a couple of breakfasts here.

a bus stop is right outside the building's entrance, convenient. the metro station is about a 20-minute walk away, providing access to wider areas. i found the area to be relatively safe for walking.

the apartment was clean, i was charmed by the location close to bus lines. a useful patio was in front of the place, it was lovely. it was close to the touristic attractions.

The sound insulation was poor, i could hear everything. noise from residents above disturbed me on two nights. the noise was in the early hours of the morning. It was quite a nuisance.
